Lakeside Minerals Inc. (TSXV: LAK) ("Lakeside" or the "Company") is engaged in acquiring and exploring mineral properties in the mining-friendly jurisdiction of Quebec. The Company currently holds a portfolio of gold and rare earth properties.

Lakeside plans to focus on assessing the gold potential of three properties: Dufay, Disson and Launay. These properties are located in the vicinity of Rouyn-Noranda, northwestern Quebec. All three properties are under option agreement to 100% interest, display significant historical drill results, and have excellent potential for discovery.
